Runners Summer Special
Are you a runner looking to add massage and yoga into your training, this is the special for you! If you are in training or just want to run more efficiently and without injury, I am here to help!
All service must be completed in one month but you can sign up every month. This special goes from July 1-Oct 6 2025.
In one month you get:
30min yin yoga/60min massage combo ($125)
60min private yoga session, Vinyasa ($50)
*as a bonus you can come to any of the Friday classes for $10 (half price)
Total is $150(save $15 per month)
I started running for my physical and mental health in 2018. I had no idea what I was doing and I ended up getting injured and ran my first half marathon in pain and had to take a break from running after, that was the worst! I believed that to be a better runner you had to run more and even though there is some truth to that, I also know now that our bodies like a variety of movements and to avoid injury we must strengthen the muscles we use in running as well as the ones we don’t! I am not a professional runner but I can tell you I have ran about 30 1/2 marathons and one 20miler since that first race in 2018 injury free! There are other factors like diet and hydration but trust me, you dont want my advice on that. I do make sure to run, stretch, strength train and recover- all the things you will find with this Summer Special! I want to help you be the best runner you can be and reach your goals/PR!
