Are you a runner looking to add massage and yoga into your training, this is the special for you! If you are in training or just want to run more efficiently and without injury, I am here to help!

All service must be completed in one month but you can sign up every month. This special goes from July 1-Oct 6 2025.

In one month you get:
30min yin yoga/60min massage combo ($125)
60min private yoga session, Vinyasa ($50
Total is $150(save $15 per month)

Teachers, I see you and I appreciate how hard you work. Before school starts come in for a one hour massage, you can leave knowing you have another one hour massage waiting for you when you need it most!

The first one must be used in August and you can use the 2nd one anytime during the school year. Expires July 1st 2026. ($180 total) Save $18 on each massage, $36 total.
